Priorities for Future Research

Introduction

Although the Black-and-white Hawk-Eagle is widespread, it is rare and little known. There is a  general lack of information on its populations and reproductive behavior, as well as nesting biology and behavior. No information is available on courtship or mating displays, or other aspects of its natural history, thus any future research in these areas would be welcome and ground-breaking.

Territorial behavior (such as defense tactics, establishment, etc.) is another topic in need of study.
