Sounds and Vocal Behavior

Vocalizations

Call notes for T. argyrofenges are described as a high, descending tsew and occasionally include a dry tip (Schulenberg et al. 2007, Hilty 2011). Songs are described as a high, wheezy series of lisping notes and a long Chlorophonia-like weee (Schulenberg et al. 2007, Birdlife International 2014).
