Introduction
Little information is available on the mating behavior and nest predation of Plain Xenops. Also, although this species is of least conservation concern, certainly more data on their sensitivity to anthropogenic sources of disturbance to their habitat would be useful in refining population trend models for xenops and other species with similar life history traits.
