(Columbidae; syn. Columba Eastern Bronze-naped Pigeon C. delegorguei) Gr. τρυζω truzō  to coo, to murmur (cf. τριζω trizō  to chirp); "Genus Tryzusa Heine [Turturoenas (!) Bp. 1854]" (Heine 1890); "Tryzusa Heine, in Heine and Reichenow, 1890, Nomencl. Musei Heineani Ornith., p. 276.  New name for Turturoenas Bonaparte, 1854, considered barbarous because of its hybrid construction." (JAJ 2020).
