Movement

Possible movements recorded only in south of range. Evidence for altitudinal migration on Mpumalanga escarpment and in KwaZulu-Natal, in South Africa; considered largely a non-breeding visitor to south Mozambique from farther south (5). In Eswatini, may be only a non-breeding visitor to southern part of the Lowveld and the Lebombo Mountains, but resident elsewhere.
